convenient locationamazing viewgood coffee
i found the location quite convenient. it allowed easy exploration and offered many restaurants nearby. the rooftop bar delivered amazing views (especially at sunset!). the breakfast had good coffee.
the absence of irons in the room required a trip to an ironing room on the third floor, a minor inconvenience.

i found the staff to be friendly and helpful. the rooftop deck offered a variety of seating options. sofas, chairs, and tables were available. i also noticed good cocktail offerings at the rooftop bar.
The room ac was not working properly. It was hard to breathe. the neighborhood felt dirty. there were homeless people in front of the hotel. i did not feel safe to walk around.

I appreciated the friendly staff, who were helpful and attentive (even late at night!). The room's design was very efficient. It felt spacious enough. Its proximity to soho made walking around easy. I liked the rooftop bar too. The views were amazing.
The check-in process was not seamless. The system using the ipad had a malfunction when i arrived. (That was a bit disappointing).

The staff was always quick to respond to requests. They provided useful information about the area. I saw them handle a difficult situation with grace and efficiency. The team maintained a positive attitude.

The staff was cute and helpful. The facility felt new and clean. The common area was great for working (i needed it!). The hotel was very quiet at night, so i slept well.
The shower extraction vent was not working. It was visibly clogged with dust. Water leaked from the hose connection (i assume because a washer was missing).
